Ling has been a lifelong advocate for preserving the Earth for future generations to come, and was the youngest park ranger for the National Park Service at the Boston Harbor Islands, spending the summers of her junior and senior years in high school giving tours of Spectacle and Georges Island. Having graduated with an A.B. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard as a Henry David Thoreau Scholar, she is utilizing her 10-years of technology and business experiences towards accelerating the renewable energy transition. She firmly believes that grid-scale storage is the missing link for widespread renewable energy adoption and is dedicating the rest of her life towards achieving zero emissions energy.
Ling currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and works on Megapacks (industrial scale batteries) at Tesla. Previously, she was a Product Manager at Meta, building a climate product, the first employee at a stealth stage startup backed by a16z and Sequoia Capital, and a Product Manager at Google, Intuit, and Amazon.
